Cristina Colomer Termens



Pianist and choir director


He studied higher musical studies at the Liceu Conservatory of Music and trained in different national and international courses in choral conducting.
She has been a piano teacher at the Escola de Músics since 2000 and is currently the head of studies.
Director of choirs in public and concerted centers of the Cors de Ciutat Vella project and together with musicians from the Escola de Músics, she has performed more than thirty musicals in the district's schools.
He has also collaborated in the creation of two musicals with Damià Riera “Les aventures de l’EM” and with Francesc Pascual and Yolanda Mallofré “la Música ensenya”. He composes and arranges works for his children’s and adult choirs.
He has arranged the songs for the show "Love&Rock" from the Clavé XXI project (currently Palau Vincles) for the Palau de la Música.
Founder of the Musicals' Choir with boys and girls from the Ciutat Vella District with whom they won the Clavé 2022 award for the best social transformation project, a gold diploma in the Sing For Gold 2022 international competition, they have performed alongside renowned artists such as Arnau Tordera, Ramon Mirabet and are scheduled at the Teatre Victòria in 2024.
In 2023-2024, coordinator of the choirs with the "debut opera" project with the opera Gata Perduda, winner of many national and international awards, including a Max for best community lyrical project.
Currently, she is the director of the choirs Flors de Maig, Musicals' Choir of the Escola de Músics, Un Mar de Sons de Drassanes and Dones Veu of the Orfeó Sarrianenc, and a piano and musical theatre teacher at the Escola de Músics.

-Elementary Degree in Music in the piano specialty at the IEA Oriol Martorell.

-Grade 4 in Classical Drumming and Jazz from Trinity College of London with Merit.

-4-hand pianist in the OBC production L'OBC Balla Ravel from the 2018-19 season at the Auditori.
-Part of Cor del Raval with Musicals' Choir in the participatory opera La Gata Perduda by Arnau Tordera of the 2021-22 Liceu Season.
-Director of amateur choir CoralMar del Poblenou.
-Director of amateur choir Musicals'Choir de Ciutat Vella.

Joaquim Tardido



Pianist


He studied higher musical studies at the Liceu Conservatory of Music.
At the same time, he joined the POLS opera company, under the direction of Guillem Peire, where for four years he has given more than 170 concerts throughout Catalonia, in which he has worked on the operatic repertoire of the main composers.
He also performs the operatic shows Una furtiva ópera and To whom it may concern.
He is currently the pianist for the Musicals’ Choir.
He has been a professor at the Music School since 2001, where he teaches piano, harmony, language and instrumental ensemble classes.

Alan Garcia



Guitar and bass


He completed his Elementary and Middle School studies at the School of Music and JPC.
Graduated from the Conservatory of Music of the Liceu de Barcelona. He has taken masterclasses with teachers such as: Leo Brouwer, Eduardo Isaac, Jose Luis Rodrigo, Rey Guerra, Alvaro Pierri.
He has been part of the Barcelona Guitar Orchestra since 2004, playing bass guitar and currently soprano guitar.
With this formation he has performed concerts throughout Spain and has also participated in numerous Festivals in Corsica (2006,2008,2011), France (2009), Valladolid (2005, 2008), Logroño (2007), USA (2011).
In 2008, it performed a cycle of 3 concerts at the Poliorama Theater with important soloists such as (Ala Voronkova, Alina Zurman, José Lostaló). In 2009 (Barcelona Auditorium) and in 2015 (Auditori del Conservatorio Superior del Liceu) the Orchestra was conducted by Leo Brouwer.
He was a finalist in the chamber music category in the Arjau Foundation competition (2007).
Since 2013 he has been the Head of the Guitar Area of the School of Musicians and JPC.
